Tasty and cheap

We had the goose to go and it was delicious and the portion was plentiful.

The food was delicious and the service very friendly. Always my pleasure :)

My wife had the grilled salmon fillet with orange sauce, I had the mixed grill plate. The salmon fillet was super grilled, the orange sauce with it is terrific. The meat steak stuffed with sheep cheese on my grill plate was fantastic, as was the skewer and the minced meat rolls. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Before the meal there was an amuse bouche, then a plum brandy. We were there for the first time, but definitely not for the last time.

It is not so easy to spontaneously discover a cafe or restaurant on a bike tour. So we were very happy, food was delicious, nice service.

Always good all round! Cordon Blue simply great, Oktoberfest beer easy to drink, great value for money! Service quick and friendly! Simply highly recommended! We have been very happy to go there ever since it opened!

That was delicious, schnitzel, mince steak, salmon and calamari - I didn't eat everything myself, we were 4 people! 😉 We will probably visit the restaurant again.

04/10/2020. A little waiting time in the entrance area, as our table was not yet disinfected. Otherwise, a friendly welcome and accompaniment to our table. We had a 6-seat table for 2 people on the first floor and enough distance to the next table. Fill in the usual Corona data, exemplary on a separate data sheet. Received menu after a short wait, but no drinks menu, there was only a wine list on the table. After ordering the drinks, they were served even after a short waiting time. There was also a good greeting from the house with bread spread with curd cheese paste and grated carrots. The meals were then taken and served after a pleasant waiting time. That was boiled beef with green sauce and a beef steak a la Mayer. According to my wife, the boiled beef with the green sauce was very good and tender. My beefsteak tasted very good with the side dishes, but in my opinion a bit firmly fried. In between there was also asked whether everything was OK. But all in all we were satisfied that serving the drinks with the emblem to the guest still needs some practice. We would love to come back.

A nice evening in a lovingly coordinated atmosphere with delicious, high-quality food. We were guests in the old forge for the first time today. As soon as you enter, the cosiness overflows you. From the carefully selected menu with different dishes, we opted for the bowl and meat rolls accompanied by a delicious starter. The portions are large and tastefully arranged. All in all a wonderful evening. We'll be back 👍👍👍👍👍

Very good address for a great evening! From the friendly and competent service to the selection and quality of the dishes to the ambience (inside and outside): everything was very good.

Very good cuisine, also vegetarian, bowls, burgers (also vegetarian) and more. I ate alkein there and was served quickly. Daa food was very tasty and looked very good at the other tables. The staff was friendly and I felt comfortable. I particularly liked the apparently homemade bread.

The food was excellent and the team extremely friendly and warm. We were a little late and were able to order in advance. No sound that this would not work. Perfect customer service, nice ambience and a very warm host who was able to give us exciting travel tips to his home country Croatia. We are thrilled that we were allowed to stop here and say thank you very much for this outstanding hospitality!

Finally very good !!! Since opening with a new owner in December 2018 again a very good kitchen. Atmosphere: one of the oldest half-timbered houses in Bauschheim. Quaint, cozy, but bright. Service: very friendly, attentive and customer-oriented. Parking: Behind the building on a large square, enter side street. Food: Very good quality, artisan very well prepared. Delicious. Value for money: good for Rhein-Main. I come once a month and look forward to the next Ma (h) l.
